This is our "Willie" room where you can relax and reconnect while listening to music and "kicking back" to some music or even listening to some old records. Retro modern vibe to set the mood. Willie Nelson's ranch is less than a 5 min away.
Envision drinking your morning coffee sitting on this vintage patio swing surrounded by tall trees. Also, offers an enclosed patio for your dogs or young kids to stay safe and close. (The roof you see is a garage.)
Kick Back on our reclining leather couches while watching a movie on our ROKU TV or listening to some of your favorite music. BYOR or listen to ours!

Two boat docks for fishing and swimming. Boat dock is a 6-minute walk from Kick Back Cove home down a paved path. We offer two 2-person kayaks free of charge, and a large lily pad for floating.

This is the cute 1600 sq. ft. Lakeview home with private hot tub and surroundings. Everyone loves the covered outside patio with a 6-person hot tub and an outside TV and fire pit.
Guests can rent jet skis from Briarcliff Marina or have them delivered from Resort Ranch Marina. (We do not provide jet skis on site.)
Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, blender, toaster, microwave, spices, Alexa for music, and two bar stools.
Comfortable wood table offers six chairs for dining. The inside living and dining room feels very open.
Here's a birds eye view of the living room meets kitchen...much more spacious in person and multiple areas for your group to relax.
Couch area has room for 5-6 people and reclines. ROKU TV and WiFi provided. Or sit back and listen to a few old records for fun.
We added a brand new oversized glass shower with subway tiles and b/w tile for that vintage vibe.
Shampoo. conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, and blow dryer provided.
Bedroom two has a comfortable and one of a kind hand-carved teak Queen bed. Also, not pictured is a newly added 1/2 B adjoining to this room.

StoneHouse Vineyards is a local favorite and one of the best wineries only 22 min. from our property.
We offer a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Very large front yard and gated side yard for your dogs to run around.
Large shared dock for all Airbnb guests to use. Use our kayaks/lily pad or sit and read a book. Boat in picture is a boat rental from Briarcliff Marina on Lake Travis. We allow up to 3 -8hr parking on dock in high summer.
The Pedernales river is constantly fluctuating but is still deep enough for wake boarding and wake surfing. We are a 10-min drive to Briarcliff Marina and 30 min by boat.
Krause Springs my favorite place to visit for swimming and site seeing, or even camping. It has a beautiful waterfall and a tree rope swing and is only 20 min away.
Best place to hang our for craft cocktails and live music is Iron Wolf Distillery on a Friday-Sunday. Perfect place to gather around a fire pit or chill out with your dog.
A great local attraction is Spicewood Vineyards, only 20 min away.
