This riverfront yurt features a 400 sq. ft air conditioned/heated room with an impressive king-size hand carved mango wood bed, small couch, a Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, paper plates/cups/utensils, and guests favorite; a one of a kind outside open bathroom and shower w/curtains, and an intimate private hot tub with outside fire pit.
*The tent has an impressive mini-split unit that provides both A/C and heat to keep you comfortable in any weather, especially Texas bi-polar weather!
On a cool night, this is the ideal spot for you and your partner or best friend to enjoy a glass of wine and sit by your own private fire pit while stargazing or indulging in your own private hot tub.
We offer two complementary shared kayaks to use, or encourage you to take a swim in the river, prop a beach chair up on the nearby sand bar, or go fishing.
Also, if you enjoy hiking we have access to the over 100-acre hiking/biking/horse trails at the next door Shaffer Bend State Park.

KickBack Cove Home-Spicewood, TX.
Enjoy our newly renovated charming Hill Country 3BR/1.5B home to escape and reconnect with nature. Unlike many Spicewood lake homes, this is not grandma’s house.
We have a private 6-person hot tub, propane grill, covered patio with a porch swing, and are just a 10-minute drive frtom Pacebend Park where you can hike, swim, fish, and enjoy other lake activites.
The open living area features a 55” flat-screen TV with Roku and Netflix. The kitchen has a fun vintage vibe and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare hearty home-cooked meals.
All bedrooms are clean and feature either two plush queen-size beds, or a King bed.
Hill Country Living
We are in a prime location near Spicewood Vineyards or StoneHouse , Iron Wolf distillery, Poodies Bar, or hiking in Pace Bend Park. This river home offers a soulful experience- guaranteed to see deer grazing at deer-30, 8:45 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. daily.
LIVING AREA
The open living area features a 55” flat-screen TV with Roku and Netflix. Two large reclining leather couches offer comfortable seating for a large family or group. Record player because music brings joy!
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen has a fun vintage vibe and is fully equipped with silverware, plates/cups, coffee maker, complementary coffee/creamer/sugar, spices, and everything you’ll need to prepare hearty home-cooked meals. Front door leads directly the covered private patio with a side enclosed yard for your dogs. Yes, we are dog friendly!
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This one-story home sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms. We offer an oversized shower, and a 1 1/2 bath attached to one of the Queen bedrooms.
All bedrooms are clean and feature either two plush queen-size beds, or a King bed.
OUTDOOR AREAS
In addition to your private patio and hot tub sitting area, walk down a paved path about 5-6 minutes leading to about 3 acres of a valley and enjoy the expansive hill country views of this amazingly calm and breezy valley.
Many people ask about the river depth right now. It should be noted that our dock is dry docked right now as the river is drying up.
